This is an interactive fiction story that simulates experiences with anxiety created and showcased for a neuroscience and cognitive psychology course. My aim is twofold: firstly, to allow players to embody the experience of different types of anxiety (disorders), hopefully encouraging reflection on the invisibility of certain neurodiversities. Secondly, to illustrate the potential play has in this intersection between games and psychology. 

This story can be played again, and players are encouraged to explore different reactions to learn more about thoughts and actions that contribute to mitigating or inciting greater levels of anxiety.
